I've often been told that I am too critical. While I agree on some occasions, their criticism in itself puts me off. I don't like hypocrisy.

Kernels are smaller pieces of writing, on a specific topic or idea. They could be dried (concise and packed), waiting to be popped into malleable meaning, or loose, prone to get stuck in your teeth or mind. But the key is to resist editing. Completely.
